A lot of the staff are patient which is needed working with kids. I feel welcomed when I walk through the doors and not as I’m not allowed there or I don’t belong. I have a lot of things going on in my mouth with my exposed tooth and it puts pain on me but they are very understanding and try to make things as painless as possible!

My experiences at Kalamazoo Orthodontics have been very enjoyable. They have such a wonderful staff that cares about each patient and takes the time to make sure they have all of their questions answered. The building is always very neat and full of things to do. They definitely provide a very welcoming environment.

Everyone was so happy and friendly! Shelley was the most professional person and she was so patient! I was a nervous wreck and she made it so much better and explained everything in detail. I’m looking forward to the next visit
