A number of years ago I was in for treatment with Dr Jay and I really appreciated the professionalism, concern and courtesy that not only he but the staff as well showed to me. Now I have my daughter who is in need of braces and there wasn't a question as to where to go. I know she is in good hands as I have had to sit in the very same hands. I am more than comfortable with the upcoming outcome, because I know his work.

I love going to Kalamazoo Orthodontics! Everyone there is so nice and calm. When you walk in you only sit for what seems like less than a minute and someone is already there asking for you. Always on time, quick, and nice, I couldn't think of a better place to go! :)
